Watermelon Raspberry Summer Smoothie
On the 4th of July, while you watch the fireworks, enjoy a refreshing smoothie mix for dessert  It not only tastes good, but it is low in fat and calories-  a perfect treat especially if you are counting calories to lose weight.

 

-2 cups of chilled watermelon chunks
-1 cup of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
-1 cup (about 2 scoops) of Breyer’s Fat Free Creamy Vanilla ice cream.

In your smoothie blender, mix the fruit and then add the ice cream.  Pour into a chilled glass, add a big straw and enjoy!
