Blueberries, full of nutrients and flavor, yet very low in calories are rich with the antioxidants our body depends on for healthy living.  Blending a yogurt smoothie mix of fresh, or even frozen blueberries  is the perfect way to add many essential vitamins  in a healthy quick meal.

In your smoothie blender mix:

1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of frozen banana chips
1 cup of low-fat yogurt, vanilla is a nice choice to mix these flavors
1 tsp of Chia Seed
