Blueberries are one of the most popular fruit smoothie ingredients. No wonder, they are just packed with antioxidants and other nutrients. Plus when used in a smoothie they provide such a wonderful blue color!
Mix in your blender:

  • 1/2 cup low fat or non fat milk
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened blueberries (if you use frozen you will get a colder smoothie)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seed
