Mix in your blender:
- 1/2 cup low fat or non fat milk
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened blueberries (if you use frozen you will get a colder smoothie)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seed
