

Now this is an easy one! Not only the perfect afternoon snack, but it is also perfect for desert! You can use fresh bing cherries, frozen or even canned!
Ingredients include:
1/2 cup of yogurt (vanilla, cherry or banana)
1 cup of pitted cherries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup milk (soy, 2% or lowfat)
In your blender mix all of the ingredients for about a minute or so. If you are making it for a holiday desert, you might want to add a drop of red food coloring, and top with a cherry, just for fun!
Remember–if your smoothie is too thick, just add a few ice cubes and it will make it colder and thinner.
