A little different recipe today. This chocolate banana smoothie adds both soy milk, tofu, and honey resulting in a very tasty mix that also offers a lot of nutrition.
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1/2 cup tofu
1/2 cup soy milk
1 Tbsp. honey (or another sweetener of your choice)
