High in protein and calcium, this is an easy smoothie recipe your kids can make for breakfast or after school. What a great way to teach our kids good eating habits!

In your smoothie blender, combine:

1 cup of soy milk
1 large banana-or one cup of frozen banana chips
1/4 cup of low-fat plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla)
1 tsp.honey
Cinnamon for garnish
