For some reason we tend to use cinnamon more when the weather turns cold than in summer although the taste is great all year round. Here is a simple smoothie recipe that relies on the cinnamon for a taste of fall.

3/4 cup soy milk
1 tsp. honey
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
