Citrus Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie

Oranges and pineapples are so tasty and refreshing! Combined as a smoothie, you can enjoy this fresh tasting smoothie for breakfast, snack, after a work out or as an evening desert.

In your smoothie blender mix:

-The sections of seedless oranges, mandarin oranges or tangerines
-1 cup of fresh pineapple chunk
-2 medium bananas cut in chunks
-1 cup of yogurt (vanilla or plain)
And, to add omega 3s easily into your meals, just add
-1 teaspoon of chia seed
