Coconut – Apple Fruit Smoothie

Apples and coconut don’t seem to be two flavors that will go together successfully but this smoothie recipe proves that they do. Try this smoothie as an afternoon snack.

  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 banana, chunked
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger root
  • 1 tsp. Chia seed
  • Ice to taste

Everything into the smoothie blender except for the ice. Blend on high, adding ice until you reach your preferred consistency.
