Coconut Lime Smoothie

This Coconut Lime smoothie recipe is certainly tropical and you can sing the song for even more tropical flavor…

“You put the lime in the coconut, you drink ‘em both together
Put the lime in the coconut, then you feel better

… while you are mixing in your blender:

1 cup of  frozen banana slices
3/4 cup of coconut milk (Carnation makes a 98.5% fat free coconut milk that is delicious)
½  cup lime juice
1 Tablespoon of lime zest scrape the outside of fresh lime) for extra flavor, a nice color and added punch of vitamins
¼ cup finely chopped flaked coconut
