Coconuts say “tropics: more than any other fruit and when combined with Papaya, well you can’t more tropical than that. If you have any doubts, mix up this Coconut Papaya Smoothie soon and I think you’ll agree.

As always the Chia seed is optional but using it won’t change the great taste of this mix but will add a whole lot of extra vitamins, minerals, and heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

    In your favorite blender mix:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 papaya, deseeded and sectioned
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Squirt of lime juice (about as much as a single lime)
  • 2 tbsp Chia seed
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Ice to taste (I used just about a cup)
