

Now that spring has arrived almost everywhere, its time to start icing the coffee. Here is a smoothie that is lite on calories and big on taste. This smoothie recipe will serve four.
1 cup fat-free milk
1 cup frozen lite Whipped Topping
1 pkg. (4-serving size) chocolate flavored pudding mix (sugar and fat free)
1 Tbsp. Instant Coffee
1 Tsp Chia seed
Ice to taste
Don’t want chocolate? Then simply substitute a low fat, no sugar vanilla pudding mix.
