Vegetables make great smoothies and don’t often get enough attention. This recipe combines Onions, Cucumbers, and Peppers to make a really tasty veggie smoothie.
1 cup Tomato juice
1/2 sliced sweet pepper
1/2 cup chopped Cucumber
1 Tbsp chopped spring onion
1 Tsp Lemon juice
1 Tsp Worcestershire
dash or two of both salt and pepper
Ice and Hot Sauce to taste
