Green Smoothie Recipe:
Healthy lunches don’t have to be bland or unsatisfying. If you are counting calories to lose weight, or just looking for a meal source that is filling, tasty and full of vitamins, minerals and omega 3s, this cucumber smoothie is definitely you want to try!
In your smoothie blender mix:
-1 cup of plain Yogurt
-1 Cucumber-split and spoon out seeds and then cut in chunks
-1 large Tomato cut in chunks
-1 stalk of Celery, cut into chunks
-1 tbsp finely chopped Onion-you can even use frozen chopped onions
-1 teaspoon of chia seed for much needed Omega 3s!
