A smoothie recipe that is low in calories if you are counting calories to lose weight, and high in antioxidant vitamins A, C, and E so it is healthy as it can be too! Adding the Chia seed will also provide omega-3 fatty acids to help with any cholesterol issues.

In your blender mix together:

- 1 cup Light Fruit & Veggie Cranberry Strawberry Banana Juice
- 1 medium carrot scrubbed and cut in chunks
- 1/2 cup of chilled frozen or fresh strawberries
- 1 teaspoon of chia seed for omega 3s
