- 1 20 oz canned pineapple chunks with juice
- 1 apple, cored, peeled and chopped
- 1 banana (or about 3/4 cup frozen banana chunks)
- 2 kiwis, peeled and cut in chunks
- 1 avocado, pitted and peeled
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1 cup of apple juice
- 1 tablespoon of chia seed
