High Protein Oatmeal Berry Smoothie Recipe

I saw this recipe in a magazine recently, but to be honest, I can’t remember where. But I wrote it down and gave it a try because supposedly it is a recipe from Halle Berry. If it is her recipe, I am not sure…but what I can say is that this oatmeal smoothie is really good! The ingredients for two smoothies are:

3/4 c instant oatmeal, microwaved in water
3/4 c milk
3/4 c mixed frozen berries
2 tsp whey powder
3 ice cubes, crushed
Low in calories, high in protein-this smoothie is a great breakfast smoothie to try.
