Have a sweet tooth? Need some natural energy to keep you going during the day? Here is a smoothie mix that delivers!

In your smoothie blender mix:

  • One cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup of cold apple juice
  • 1 banana cut in chunks or 1/2  cup of frozen banana chips
  • 1 red delicious apple, seeded and cut in chunks
  • 2 Tablespoons of natural honey
  • 1 Tsp Chia Seed

Blend until smooth and serve.
