You can enjoy a low-fat, low-carb healthy snack this afternoon if you make a kiwi grape smoothie. Grab a bunch of seedless grapes and throw them in the freezer for a few hours until they are frozen, then in the afternoon, mix in your smoothie blender:
-1/2 cup of no calorie lemonade (Crystal light-has no calories)
-1/4 cup of soy milk
-2 fresh kiwis, peeled and cut in chunks
-1 cup of frozen seedless grapes
-1 teaspoon of chia seed
It is really good!
