Kiwi Orange Smoothie

This is a low-cal easy to make smoothie, which will fill you up and your daily Vitamin C – even if you are counting calories to lose weight. Mix in your smoothie blender:

-2 kiwis, peeled and cut in chunks
-The sections of 2 mandarin oranges or tangerines, peeled
-1 cup of low-fat orange yogurt
-1/2 cup of orange juice
