Low Cal Chocolate Smoothie Recipe (perfect for calorie counters)

If you’re busy counting calories to lose weight and fighting your sweet tooth for still craving dessert, this is the perfect smoothie recipe. Delicious, filling, and still so low in calories, you can have it as often as you wish!  In your smoothie blender mix:

- 1 and 1/2 cups of cold milk (either low fat, soy, or 2%-your choice!)
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 package sugar- free instant chocolate pudding
- 1 tbsp vanilla
Top with fresh shaved chocolate for that perfect dessert touch!

Serves four.
