Chia seed to increase the nutritional value including important omega-3 fatty acids without changing the results of the recipe.

- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup frozen mango, sliced
- 1 cup frozen papaya, sliced
- 2 Tbsp honey
- Ice to taste
