This smoothie recipe combines a mix of berries that creates a fresh and rich tasting smoothie full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. A healthy treat you will want to make often. The smoothie recipe below serves 4. Perfect for a mid morning or afternoon snack!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cold raspberries
- 1 cup of cold blueberries
- 3/4 cup of cold blackberries
- 1 1/2 cup of cold strawberries
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp. Chia Seed
Combine all the ingredients and blend. Add a touch of honey if you would like and some ice cubes one at a time until it blends to a smooth consistency. Pour the berry blend into a chilled glass and serve.
