Mixed Fruit and Yogurt Smoothie Mix

Apples, bananas and oranges mixed together are the perfect mix for a breakfast smoothie rich with vitamins and minerals. If you add a handful of berries, the flavor is so rich and you can be sure if you make this for your kids in the morning you will know they are getting the nutrients they need and it will keep them “full” until lunchtime!

In your smoothie blender, mix:

-2 apples (cored, seeded and cut in chunks)
-1 cup banana chunks (fresh or frozen)
-1/2 cup your choice of berries (fresh or frozen)
-1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
-1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. chia seed
