Today’s nectarine fruit smoothie uses nectarines which, as you probably know, is a form of peach. Nonetheless, nectarines have a different taste and do really well as a breakfast smoothie ingredient.
- 2/3 cup low or no fat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 nectarines, with peel but deseeded and chunked
- 1 teaspoon Chia seed
- Ice to taste
