Nectarine Fruit Smoothie

Today’s nectarine fruit smoothie uses nectarines which, as you probably know, is a form of peach. Nonetheless, nectarines have a different taste and do really well as a breakfast smoothie ingredient.

  • 2/3 cup low or no fat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 nectarines, with peel but deseeded and chunked
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seed
  • Ice to taste
