

Fruit Smoothie Recipe
This smoothie is for those who love oatmeal!
1 cup Orange Juice
1 Frozen banana, peeled and chunked
1 cup skim or soy milk
1 package instant oatmeal (your choice of flavor)
1 tablespoon Chia seed for those important omega-3s
Put everything in the smoothie blender and mix until smooth.
