Did you know the body cannot store vitamin C? It has to be consumed daily from other sources. And this is one of the best! A tangy shot of Orange goodness that is right anytime of day.

1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp sugar substitute (Splenda, Sweet n’ Low, Truvia, ect.)
1/2 cup Orange juice
1/2 cup crushed ice

1/2 peeled Orange. NOTE” This will put pulp into the smoothie and some don’t care for that. Leave out the Orange if this is a concern.
