This is simple, refreshing and a great source of potassium! Perfect after working out or for an afternoon snack, in your blender combine:
- ¼ cup of frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 orange peeled and chopped in pieces
- ½ cup of low-fat frozen yogurt
- ½ cup of milk (soy, 2% or evaporated)
Blend until smooth. If your smoothie is too thick, simply add a little more milk and mix until it is smooth and creamy!
