1 cup of cold orange juice (with or without pulp)
1 cup of pineapple chunks (Fresh, frozen or canned: If you use canned, you can use 1/4 cup pineapple juice and 3/4 cup orange juice)
1 cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon of chia seed if you are adding omega 3’s naturally to your foods; add chia seed to your smoothie while blending.
