There are times when we really have a taste for a really fruity smoothie and this is one of the best. The very different tastes of oranges, pineapple, and peaches blend together exceptionally well to produce a really good, healthy smoothie.
- 1 medium orange
- 1/2 medium peach, pitted
- 1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup of pineapple juice
- 1 cup of low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 to 1 cup ice cubes if needed
