This smoothie is a great summer treat. Loaded with fruits and juice, it makes a good breakfast smoothie, or a tasty afternoon snack.
- ¾ cup orange juice
- 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
- 1 cup sliced peaches
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- (optional) 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- (optional) 2 to 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Blend only the orange juice, cantaloupe, peaches and yogurt to begin with. Add the lemon juice and maple syrup to taste.
