Regardless of pedigree, this smoothie is very easy to make and it satisfies completely.

1 cup of frozen banana chunks
1 cup of frozen peach slices
1 cup of Greek yogurt

Adding a teaspoon of ground chia seed to this smoothie will increase the omega-3 fatty acids in your diet and the Chia herb won’t change the result of the recipe.
