Sometimes, two very dissimilar flavors mix together so well the combination is special. That’s the case with this Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie. It is a quick and simple treat that you will enjoy many times.

A delicious quick and simple Southern treat, just mix in your smoothie blender for a single serving:

-1 ripe banana, sliced
-1 1/2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ to 1 cup of cold milk

Blend, starting off with ½ cup of milk and adding more until it reaches a light and frothy consistency, then serve.  The amount of milk added often depends on the size and texture of the banana.
