Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie

This is a smoothie recipe that really give you a great breakfast smoothie it not only gives you wonderful vitamins, antioxidants and nutrients, but the peanut butter gives you a nice full feeling, so you (or your kids) won’t get those mid-morning hunger pains! It is a lot like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast!

To make this breakfast smoothie tomorrow for two large or three smaller servings, in your smoothie blender mix:

2 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 cups of milk (vanilla flavored soy–tastes great!)
2 tablespoons of peanut butter

You can make this smoothie and drink it right away–or you can pour into drinking cups for your kids and put the cups in the refrigerator while they are getting ready in the morning.

This is a breakfast smoothie that will surely be a winner over cereal.
