The ingredients include:
- 1 can crushed pineapple with juice (8-12 ounce can size)
- 1/2 c. cold orange juice
- 1 large banana (frozen is fine)
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt (plain, vanilla, banana or pineapple)
- teaspoon Mila
- ½-1 cup of ice, as needed
