Pineapple-Orange Smoothie

Enjoy this pineapple-orange smoothie for breakfast, a morning break, or any reason at all.

The ingredients include:

  • 1  can crushed pineapple with juice (8-12 ounce can size)

  • 1/2 c. cold orange juice
  • 1 large banana (frozen is fine)
  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt (plain, vanilla, banana or pineapple)
  • teaspoon Mila
  • ½-1 cup of ice, as needed
