

You can use either fresh, frozen or canned fruits for this smoothie.
Mix in your blender
1 cup of peach slices
1 cup of pineapple chunks
1 cup of low-fat yogurt (vanilla, peach or pineapple favored)
If you use frozen peach and pineapple chunks the texture should probably be a nice consistency. If however you use fresh fruits, you might need to add a few ice cubes to smooth out the smoothie. The texture and ripeness of the fruit is what determines the consistency. If you use canned fruits, be sure to drain them and it is a good idea to refrigerate first so the fruit is nice and chilled before mixing.
