Some smoothie recipes get pretty complicated by adding a lot of different ingredients. Sometimes, though, just a simple recipe is all you want or need. This Pineapple Strawberry smoothie fits that description perfectly with just three ingredients. Easy to make and very tasty too.
-1 banana (peeled and chunked)
-1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
-3/4 cup cold pineapple juice
-1 tsp. Chia Seed
-Ice to taste (if you used frozen strawberries, you may need less ice)
That’s it. Blend and enjoy.
