And lemonade is a great ingredient to use for your favorite fruit smoothies. Just like adding a fruit juice, lemonade gives your smoothie a nice texture, good flavor –and depending on how sweet or tart, lemonade can give your favorite fruit smoothie, a good “wake-up kick!”
Here is a fruity recipe that you will find so easy to make:
-1 cup of frozen raspberries
-1 cup of chilled lemonade (if it is pink lemonade—the color will end up as a rich pink mix) You can make your own mix up some Crystal Light or Snapple.
-1 cup of low-fat peach yogurt
Mix and serve in a chilled or thermal glass…….this is even one you can put in a traveler mug.
