This is a quick refreshing smoothie you can make in less than a minute
- 1 cup of plain or vanilla low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of chilled pomegranate juice
- 1 Frozen banana peeled and sliced
Just combine the ingredients in your blender and mix until creamy. Pour into a chilled glass and serve.
