If you mix these two delicious fruits you have a wonderfully healthy Pomegranate Berry smoothie >mix low in calories and high in nutrition. Add even more nutritional elements with the Chia seed. Chia offers a wide range of vitamins and minerals as well as heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

In your smoothie blender mix:

-2 cups Pomegranate Blueberry V8 V-FusionĀ® Juice Light (50 calories per cup)
-1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen-about 80 calories)
-1 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen-about 50 calories)
-1 Tbsp.Chia seed
