Limes have such a tangy taste that any smoothie recipe using them will also have to have some sweet tastes to balance. This smoothie mix does that quite well.
- 1/2 cup of sliced lime
- 1 cup lime sherbet (either low-fat or “light”)
- 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3/4 cup low-fat milk
- 2 cups ice cubes (if you used frozen raspberries, you may not need the ice)
- 1tsp Chia seed for nutritional excellence!
