This absurdly simple smoothie mix is delicious and a bit different. The recipe calls for soy milk which will render a creamier consistency than low fat or no fat milk.
In your smoothie blender mix:
one tbsp. honey two cups vanilla flavored soy milk two cups fresh or frozen raspberries 1 tsp. Chia seed Blend together until smooth and serve. Makes two servings.
