Rooty Tooty Three Fruit Smoothie

This three fruit smoothie mix delivers a full days worth of fruit goodness in one delicious drink. For more nutrition you can add a table spoon of Chia seed to the mix. Chia doesn’t have a real taste of its own so it just disappears into the fruit smoothie goodness of the recipe. Chia also will add important heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

In your smoothie blender mix the following:

    -One large Banana (Great source of Potassium)
    -1 cup of peach slices (fresh or frozen)
    -1 cup of strawberries(fresh or frozen)
    -1 1/2 cups10 oz. of Old Orchard Apple Strawberry Banana Juice (and 100% of your daily Vitamin C)
    -1 teaspoon of Chia seed I(0-tional)

This recipe will serve two. For an added treat, serve in a chilled glass and add a touch of cinnamon as a garnish.
