My family loves this smoothie mix for an afternoon snack -especially in the summer, so I usually double it so I can serve 3 or 4. These are all ingredients I have in my refrigerator most of the time so, although a special treat for my family an easy one to make for me!
In your smoothie blender, mix
- 2 cups lemonade- I usually use Crystal Lite. (Pink lemonade is perfect if you have it !)
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1-2 cups of strawberry low fat yogurt*
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
*If you use frozen strawberries you might only need a cup of yogurt to blend to your favorite consistency. If you use fresh strawberries you might need to use a little more.
