Even better, unlike Flax, Chia doesn’t have a taste of its own so adding it here won’t change the delicious results.

-1 cup of strawberries, fresh or frozen
-1 cup cut-up honeydew melon (cantaloupe also works)
-1 cup orange juice
-1 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
-1 teaspoon Chia seed

Tip: If the Honeydew or strawberries are not “ripe” enough, you might want to add a little more orange juice or even ice to achieve the consistency you prefer.
