In your smoothie blender mix:
- one cup low fat milk
- two cups ice
- one half tsp. vanilla extract
- two cups frozen low-fat vanilla yogurt
- two cups unsweetened cherries (fresh or frozen)
- two cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
