Very Cherry-Vanilla Smoothie

This is a really good recipe for either an afternoon snack or even an after dinner dessert.  This recipe yields four servings so be sure to adjust accordingly.

In your smoothie blender mix:

  • one cup low fat milk
  • two cups ice
  • one half tsp. vanilla extract
  • two cups frozen low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • two cups unsweetened cherries (fresh or frozen)
  • two cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
