Vitamin “C” Smoothie

Winter or summer, it is always important to get enough vitamin C in our diets.  This smoothie is loaded with that critical vitamin, is easy to make and will help fight off both winter and summer colds.

1 cup cantaloupe

1/2 cup strawberries

3 cups watermelon

1 cup vanilla or plain low-fat yogurt

2 cups ice

Put everything into your trusty smoothie blender and enjoy!
